SHIPPING DETAILS
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, you have a 48-hour window from the time of delivery to file a claim for a replacement. Please provide photo evidence of both the damaged shipping box and the glassware or craft. Upon receiving the necessary photo evidence, I will assess the situation and, at the discretion of Glitz ‘n Design, provide a replacement glass to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order.

How it’s Made
These wine glasses are carefully hand-painted using professional-grade glass paints. I first sketched the design directly onto the glass, then layered colors to bring out the vibrant beach scene — from the deep ocean blue to the golden sun. The palm trees and beach chairs were painted freehand, ensuring each glass has its own artistic charm. Once the design was complete, the glasses were cured for durability, so the artwork stays vivid and beautiful.
